By accessing or using PinQuill at pinquill.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
PinQuill is a software-as-a-service tool that helps you create Pinterest pins from blog content, research trends, and schedule pins. Features may change as we improve the product. The free tier includes 10 full pin generations per month on our server API keys unless otherwise stated.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. One person or legal entity per account unless we agree otherwise in writing for teams.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: spam Pinterest or violate Pinterest's Community Guidelines and Terms; infringe copyrights or trademarks; generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content; attempt to bypass credit limits or abuse the free tier; reverse-engineer or scrape the service at scale. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of your blog content and pins you create. You grant PinQuill a limited license to process URLs and content you submit solely to provide the service (generation, scheduling, storage in your library). You are solely responsible for pins you publish to Pinterest.
Payments and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Refunds follow our checkout terms and applicable law. Lifetime or promotional offers may have separate conditions shown at purchase.
Disclaimer and liability
PinQuill is provided "as is." We do not guarantee Pinterest traffic, rankings, or revenue. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or Pinterest account actions taken by Pinterest. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These Terms may be updated; material changes will be reflected on this page.
