Download PinQuill for Windows

If Windows blocks the installer

1. Extract the ZIP, then double-click Install-PinQuill.cmd (this removes the Windows download block).
2. If you still see an access error: right-click PinQuill-Setup-x64.exe → Properties → Unblock → Apply.
3. If the app opens then closes: Windows Security → Protection history → Allow PinQuill. Requires Windows 10/11 64-bit. Any confirmed account can use the app.
